We are pleased to announce the launch of our new institutional portal.
We created this site with a clear goal in mind: to offer a clean, intuitive, and truly accessible interface even for those who are not tech-savvy or familiar with the web, but have a real need to develop software, whether it be e-commerce, cloud-based management software, a PWA, or an online advertising campaign.
We have focused on simple navigation and a clear way of presenting content. We have not overemphasized our strengths, simply because there is no need to do so. There is no need to repeat “we are,” “we do.”
We are a web development company that has been operating in the sector for almost twenty years. And this, for us, is a real source of pride. Time cannot be bought: you can buy reviews, rankings, articles in major newspapers, but you cannot buy the experience accumulated in almost two decades of sacrifice, satisfaction, truly listening to customers (and potential customers) and daily commitment, often without thinking about the “immediate return.”
This is precisely why we wanted a portal that reflected our deepest values: professionalism and passion. Every day, we strive to truly understand the needs of our customers—both new and long-standing—because this is, has always been, and always will be the mission of What a Show®.
One of our most important choices was accessibility. We didn't implement it because it was required by law (in our case, we weren't obliged to), but because we felt it was the right thing to do. And we did it without external widgets or paid “ready-to-use” solutions: we built it with dedication and time, the same time we could have spent developing paid software. We did it with love, thinking that even one person with difficulties could navigate our site without barriers.
We know it's not perfect, and we will continue to improve it. If anyone encounters obstacles, we are ready to listen and find the most suitable technical solution. Because no one should feel “different” when browsing our portal.
We then created an exclusive reserved area for our customers: not a gimmick, but a space designed to truly improve communication, speed up responses, increase transparency on active services, and resolve issues as quickly as possible. This is the same approach we apply every day to our Tady restaurant management software, used by countless restaurants, pizzerias, and pubs: we listen, we understand, we improve—even when we don't strictly have to.
The new portal embodies exactly this: visible simplicity and quiet strength, which we put at the service of our customers every day.
We are thrilled with the result. Above all, we are happy to have made the site more user-friendly for those who previously found it difficult to use.
If this portal ends up on the first page of Google, so much the better. But that's not why we did it, even though we're good at SEO :). We did it for our customers today, for those of yesterday, and for all the people who, over the past twenty years, have chosen to trust What a Show® on this wonderful journey.
