These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website whatashow.it (the “Site”) and any related services or applications offered by What a Show S.r.l. Socio unico, with registered office at Via Domodossola 23, 00183 Rome, Italy, CF/VAT 11000301009, e-mail info@whatashow.it (the “Company”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“User”) accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any amendments or updates will be effective as soon as they are published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

1. Services and use of the Site

   The Company provides information on its services (web development, eCommerce, cloud management, mobile apps, SEO, social media marketing, etc.) and allows Users to request quotes or contact the Company. Use of the Site must be lawful and in good faith. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for keeping any access credentials confidential.

2. Intellectual property

   All content on the Site (texts, graphics, logos, images, software, layout, code, structure, design, databases, algorithms, user interfaces, functionality, features, and any other element) is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and database rights. Reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, translation, reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or use without prior written consent is prohibited, except for personal and non-commercial use strictly limited to viewing and browsing the Site.    Personal data collected through the Site are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. By using the Site, the User accepts the processing described therein.

7. Access to reserved areas, modifications and suspension

   Access to reserved areas: Access to reserved areas (client area and administrative area) is granted at the sole discretion of the Company and may be revoked, suspended, or terminated at any time, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide reasons, including but not limited to cases of: violation of these Terms, suspicious or unauthorized access attempts, security breaches, non-payment, breach of contractual obligations, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Company for security or operational reasons.    Functionality and features: The Company reserves the right to modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue any functionality, feature, or service available through the Site or reserved areas at any time, without prior notice. The User acknowledges that the features and services offered may change, evolve, or be discontinued, and that the Company is under no obligation to maintain specific functionalities or to provide advance notice of changes.
